Job Title: Audio Video Conference Room Engineer
Location: Washington, DC (Day-1 Onsite)
Type: Full-time Position
Job Description:
- Demonstrate technical expertise in audio-visual systems.
- Hold relevant engineering certifications focusing on audio-visual and conference room equipment, such as Microsoft Surface HUB and PolyCom.
- Possess CTS Certification.
- Implement audio-visual solutions for conference rooms and situation rooms.
- Support Teams and Zoom collaboration technologies.
- Exhibit troubleshooting skills.
- Manage projects effectively.
- Handle vendor management.
- Be familiar with ITIL principles.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
