Role: Technology Lead - Java UI Duration: Full Time Location: Weehawken, NJ. Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. Preferred At least 6 years of experience working on Core Java, UI, Spring, Hibernate. At least 6 years of experience working with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and web technologies. Experience with development and re-engineering of existing applications to incorporate unit tests. Experience with Browser Compatibility migration projects. Ability to work and coordinate with offshore team members. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Aggressive and ability to work in a high-pressure environment (target-oriented approach). Ability to support multiple applications when escalated for development team investigation. In-depth knowledge of various open-source libraries needed for a standard integration project. Experience with test-driven development. Ability to break up complex designs into phased approaches. Strong leadership skills and good team player. Conduct peer code reviews and design reviews. At least 6 years of experience in the software development life cycle. At least 6 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment. Experience in financial markets (Wealth management/investment banking/capital markets domain). Good analytical and communication skills. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
