This position is focused exclusively on design
and offers the opportunity to work closely with the firm’s Principal on conceptual development and design presentations across a variety of project types.
Key Responsibilities Assist the Principal in conceptual design development for residential and mixed-use projects Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and visual materials for internal and client-facing meetings Produce site studies, massing models, and design iterations using Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD Develop project documentation at various stages, including schematic design and design development Create digital renderings and graphic packages to communicate design intent Collaborate on material selection and assist in compiling mood boards or finish palettes Conduct zoning and code research to support design feasibility Participate in client meetings and design presentations; take notes and prepare materials as needed Maintain project organization and assist in managing internal timelines Occasionally support site visits and existing conditions photography
Required Skills & Experience 3–7 years of experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Strong graphic and presentation skills. Experience with multi-family mixed-use projects is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
