Job Title: Product Marketing Manager Duration: 6 Months Payrate: $60 to $65/hr. on W2 Job Responsibilities: Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new ad products and enhancements Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering, Creative, Analytics) to drive product adoption and revenue growth Build product positioning, messaging, and collateral to support awareness and sales enablement Lead launch strategy including internal education, partner communication, and external announcements Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and stakeholder interviews to refine positioning Collaborate with Sales Enablement to deliver training content, playbooks, and value propositions Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize GTM efforts Key Qualifications: 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field (ideally within AdTech, MarTech, or retail media) Experience launching B2B or B2B2C products with cross-functional leadership Clear understanding of digital advertising products and retail/e-commerce landscape Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with tactical execution capabilities Collaborative and agile, thrives in fast-paced environments BayOne is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
