Job Description:
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- VM Execution: Responsible for creating in-store marketing (ISM) guides to ensure consistent standards and execution across all stores.
- Develop marketing campaign graphics (ISM) and plan-o-grams (POGs) for product placement adjustments across store types.
- Update brand flow and store facings for all brands in each store design and segmentation.
- Attend and observe weekly creative status calls to familiarize with store formats.
Required Software Skills:
- Proficiency in InDesign and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite)
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- Photoshop
- Experience creating executional VM tools or instructional guides
- Experience translating product lists into plan-o-grams (space management)
Timing: Onboard in March, start weekly status meetings to familiarize with the brand. The project is expected to last 8 months.
