Work with Management & Team to set concrete strategies and milestones across all goals and initiatives. Work closely with our Contractor Experience & Distributor Champions to build out special programs & promotions. Oversee our marketing initiatives & vendors to build the brand and drive leads to our distributors. Aggressively drive results and set priorities with our critical vendors- (web traffic/usage, social media, advertising, video production, graphic design projects, etc. Target Top 3 Competitors (Bosch, etc.) and roll out aggressive marketing program to sell against them successfully. Manage direct reports: Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities:

Requirements 10 years+ of Marketing experience, preferably from the HVAC industry or similar products/target audience. Clear, concise communication style in written & oral form. Quick learner, good listener, organized and driven to reach results. Very competent at PowerPoint with an eye for effective graphic design presentation. Comfortable sorting & analyzing data for better decision-making & strategizing. Experience using social media, website optimization, email marketing, etc. to drive sales & build the brand. Team player. Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
