Managing Director at Black Diamond | Expertise in Project Management & Operational Strategy
We are a fast growing company operating at the intersection of insurance claims, disaster relief, and temporary housing solutions. We support insured homeowners displaced by catastrophic events by coordinating emergency housing, and we partner with restoration contractors and public adjusters by providing upfront funding to keep their businesses running during the claims process. The Role This position is ideal for someone who knows how to take a message, amplify it across digital channels, and bring it to life through real world events. You’ll be responsible for both driving inbound interest and planning marketing behind the key events that move our business forward including events, external marketing efforts and bringing in leads. You’ll help us build awareness, convert leads, and strengthen relationships with new clients through strategic, hands-on marketing. Key Responsibilities •Lead growth-focused marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels •Develop segmented outreach strategies for homeowners, contractors, and adjusters •Plan and manage marketing for industry events, roadshows, and educational webinars •Build and execute email campaigns and nurture sequences with clear CTAs and audience targeting •Create promotional materials, landing pages, and post-event follow-up workflows •Work cross-functionally with operations and business development to align goals and messaging •Track campaign performance and ROI across all channels and initiatives Requirements •Demonstrated experience in growth marketing and event coordination •Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt voice by audience •Proficiency in email automation tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing analytics •Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines and event deliverables •Ability to shift from strategy to execution quickly and effectively •Experience in industries such as insurance, disaster relief, construction, or service-based business models is a strong advantage •Ability to market with sensitivity, clarity, and relevance, especially in crisis-oriented scenarios •Proven success in growing an online community or brand and delivering ROI through content strategy Why Us?
