BAE Systems is looking for a junior-level Content Developer to join a strong team supporting our government customer. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the mission. The Content Developer: Configures, administers, and manages all aspects of website/application tools. Develops and provides content for multiple websites/tools, serving as a major source of information and decision-making. Manages and performs website editorial activities, including gathering and researching information to enhance site value. Locates, negotiates, and pursues content sources. Seeks customer feedback for website improvements and enhancements. Requires experience in production management, web page design, HTML, and web graphics standards. Builds searches, reports, and dashboards. Writes and develops customer scripts, reports, and programs to identify and establish metrics. Prepares architecture documentation and participates in designing and implementing standards, tools, and methodologies. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Possesses expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad, requiring originality and innovation. Operates with latitude in developing methodologies and solutions. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics. Minimum of 5 years' experience recommended; certifications or past work may substitute for experience. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $105,254 - $178,931 Please note: Salaries depend on various factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
