IncrementX - The Publisher Alliances Division of Vertoz is looking for an experienced Director of Publisher Business Development to join the Publisher Team.

IncrementX is a Vertical Audience Platform representing Asian & Western Digital Publishers across multiple geographies. We are a revenue partner for publishers, providing programmatic monetization and brand solutions. Our offerings include a global sales force, partnerships, and technology, aimed at minimizing challenges faced by publishers in cross-geo markets and helping brands and agencies reach niche multicultural audiences.
What you will do :
Publisher development, alliances, and account management.
Managing the team of Publisher Development & Ad Operations Specialists.
Formulating growth strategies in collaboration with the marketing department.
Managing existing publisher accounts.
Coordinating with publishers on monetization strategies, including brand opportunities, ad placements, and content planning.
Collaborating with the sales and demand teams on strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements :
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Deep understanding of the publisher monetization tech stack, including Google Ad Manager, Ad Exchanges, Header Bidding, and Ad Servers.
Creative thinking abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Knowledge of outbound sales strategies, CRM terminology, and Zoom presentations is desirable.
Mandatory knowledge of digital sales, pipeline development, and ad technology.
Experience in digital marketing and advertising sales is a plus.
Familiarity with major Asian publishers on a first-name basis is desirable.
Comfort with a casual dress code.
Availability for a 5-day work week.
International presence, team outings, and celebrations are part of our culture.
