Job Description Marketing Communications Administrator III Location: Maplewood, MN (hybrid 3x per week) **Duration: One Year +Ext What your day-to-day will look like: Communications Planning ** Support the execution of comprehensive plans to achieve communication goals Consult with stakeholders across the company to advise on the best communication channel for the topic and audience Participate in frequent and detailed measurement analysis by reporting communications metrics and impact to support continuous learning, data-driven decision making and the identification of best practices Project Management Manage the creation and distribution of newsletters and articles through a variety of approaches (intranet, email, digital signs, etc.) Partner cross-functionally with colleagues and vendors to ensure communications tactics are executed accurately and on-time Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Writing and editing Write key messages and compelling employee-facing communications, including emails and articles Edit stakeholder submissions for clarity, effectiveness and AP style Skills: To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of communications experience in a Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Branding and/or Advertising role Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Word Strong editorial skills, including grammar, spelling, punctuation and working knowledge of AP style Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role include: Project management experience Ability to translate complex material into engaging communications Strategic thinking and ability to develop creative solutions Meticulous attention to detail Entrepreneurial and curious spirit that leans into asking “what if,” and results in innovative ideas and actions Passion for engaging with and motivating people Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university Company Description Based in Eagan, MN.
