Summer 2025 Audio Visual Staff

Season runs June 6th-August 14th (for some positions) & late August for others. All jobs listed are Summer Seasonal full-time. We require you to live on-site for the dates listed. The pay rate is $330-$390 a week depending on position and experience.

A/V technicians provide audio and video technical support for all guests of Thousand Pines. This includes running sound, lighting, and media in our chapels and setting up small systems around camp property for various needs.

Essential Functions

• Serve as technical assistant for all functions at large capacity venues and amphitheaters; including setting monitor mixes, EQ microphones, and controlling front of house mix
• Prepare and cue displayed visuals using worship presentation software
• Provide guests with equipment as needed and adjust mix and lighting during events

• Prepare equipment needs for guests in small capacity venues
• Troubleshoot technical problems with equipment
• Program and maintain lighting equipment in venues
• Keep A/V work areas, storage, and chapel areas neat, clean, and safe
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Technical aptitude
• Basic understanding of digital audio and video
• Basic knowledge of Macintosh computers
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Willingness to accept guidance and supervision
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude even in stressful situations
