Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl Graphics Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, installation, and maintenance of vinyl graphics, wraps, decals, and signage on various surfaces such as vehicles, windows, walls, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in vinyl installation and be capable of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install vinyl graphics and wraps: Accurately install vinyl on vehicles, walls, windows, signs, and other surfaces.

• Surface preparation: Ensure all surfaces are properly cleaned and prepped before applying vinyl for optimal adhesion.

• Measuring and cutting: Measure and cut vinyl materials to exact dimensions, ensuring a precise fit.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and solve any issues during installation, such as bubbling, misalignment, or creases.

• Removal of graphics: Safely remove old or unwanted vinyl graphics without damaging the underlying surfaces.

• Quality control: Inspect the final installation for imperfections and make adjustments as needed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with design teams, clients, and other team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

• Tool and equipment management: Properly maintain all tools, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vinyl graphic installation or a related field.

• Ability to work with various vinyl materials, including wraps, decals, and adhesive graphics.

• Familiarity with different application techniques, including wet and dry installs.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

• Knowledge of vehicle wrapping and graphic design concepts is a plus.

• Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, or in confined spaces as necessary.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for off-site installations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in vinyl installation or vehicle wraps.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
