The successful candidate will provide management, direction, and leadership to ensure the daily operations of a portfolio of community associations. They will deliver professional services and exceptional customer satisfaction in accordance with the service level agreement, in alignment with the company’s guiding principles.Responsibilities:Acquire and maintain current knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes and the community’s documents, policies, and procedures.Provide administrative, operational, and managerial advice to Board of Directors.Run Association meetings and create management reports which depict the actual condition of community amenities, give progress of specific key initiatives, and make clear and concise recommendations.Assist the board with hiring contractors and insurance carriers to maintain and protect the community. Provide service to owners in the communities they serve.Work extensively with Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the various communities, providing exceptional customer service.Conduct on-site inspections to oversee work done by 3rd party vendors and to enforce the rules and regulations of the community.Provide vendor management oversight, including set-up and bid process, through contract and oversight.Oversee and approve payment of vendors providing service to community association.Attend all board meetings, write minutes of each meeting. Prepare agendas and Board packages and submit to Board of Directors for review and approval.Assist multiple Board of Directors in developing the overall operational strategy of their Association; implement the Board's goals; monitor and report status of implemented goals to the Boards.Maintain all communication with the Boards, creating reports and action list items. Maintain past and current Association records and files relating to the operation and management of the Association.Prepare agendas and Board packages. Attend all Board Meetings, including Executive Session and General Session meetings.Annual Budget development and oversight.Oversee and drive/walk the community on a regular basis, to ensure the highest standards are maintained for common areas and the violation process is upheld to achieve compliance with the community documents.Work with accounting team to monitor the financial status of each association.Attend Manager and training meetings as required.Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.Display exceptional ability to analyze and deal with a variety of situations that otherwise could become problematic.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:At least 2 years of HOA management experience.Background in Real Estate and Property Management (highly desired).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Understanding of project management, budget management, and strategic goal development.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.Must be very responsive, able to manage strong personalities, and run organized and efficient meetings.Ability to multi-task.Benefits:

Company pays for California Certified Association Manager certification through California Association of Community Managers with a 2-year commitment to the company.Salary:
Starting at $32 - $35 an hour plus possible payment for extra association projects. Salary related to experience and number and sizes of associations managed.Job Type:
