Job Title: Senior Web Application Developer (SME SR)

The FNE section develops web applications to support financial management business processes and controls. The SME SR position involves all phases of the application development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, operations, and maintenance. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be capable of working independently across all project phases using an iterative, agile-like process.

This role is responsible for full-stack web application development utilizing Microsoft .NET technology and Oracle RDBMS. Qualified candidates should have strong skills in frontend frameworks such as Vue (preferred), React, or Angular, along with a solid understanding of .NET web development frameworks and libraries. Responsibilities include developing Single Page Applications (SPA), creating well-structured middle-tier APIs/Services, and designing data models.

Salary

$150,000 per year

Required Skills

• .NET frameworks, libraries, unit testing, and best practices
• Vue3 (or similar frameworks like React or Angular; Vue preferred)
• JavaScript
• HTML
• CSS and frameworks like Bootstrap
• SQL and data modeling with relational databases
• Familiarity with Git and version control strategies

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with accounting systems like CGI Momentum or other COTS products
• Development experience with Financial Management controls/business processes
• Web design experience and familiarity with tools like Figma or Lucid
• Oracle PLSQL or DBA experience
• Cloud-native application development, CI/CD pipelines, and containers
• Experience with AWS services
• Modern build systems experience
• Legacy JavaScript frameworks like JQuery
• Bootstrap customization using SaaS
