What You’ll Do:
As the Marketing Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our dining program’s branding, storytelling, and engagement strategies. You will:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions that bring excitement and visibility to campus dining.
- Shape our digital and social media presence with compelling content and engaging storytelling.
- Ensure all dining outlets reflect Chartwells’ brand standards and deliver a consistent, top-tier guest experience.
- Manage communications and PR efforts — from client presentations to student outreach and press releases.
- Collaborate with university partners to align dining initiatives with campus life, including sustainability, health & wellness, and cultural programming.
- Design promotional materials and marketing collateral that inform and inspire.
- Monitor performance, track results, and continuously refine strategies to boost engagement and satisfaction.
- Support business development and client retention with fresh, creative thinking and professional polish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS degree in Marketing preferred
- Minimum of three years marketing experience
- Ability to present to large groups
- Knowledge of merchandising and promotions
- Excellent writing skills
