QASource is seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our global marketing initiatives. The CMO will oversee all facets of marketing, including brand management, demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, digital strategy, and customer engagement. This leader will work closely with the executive team to drive market growth, brand awareness, and client acquisition across key industries and geographies.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with QASource's vision, business objectives, and growth targets.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure an integrated go-to-market approach.
- Define and track marketing KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals and ROI expectations.
Brand and Communications
- Strengthen QASource’s brand positioning and elevate brand recognition across domestic and international markets.
- Oversee PR, thought leadership, analyst relations, and event marketing to position QASource as an industry leader.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Demand Generation and Growth
- Build and manage an integrated demand generation engine to drive qualified leads and pipeline acceleration.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue impact.
- Expand and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic alliances to amplify reach and visibility.
Digital Marketing and Content Strategy
- Lead the digital transformation of QASource's marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, ABM (account-based marketing), and website optimization.
- Develop a robust content marketing strategy across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and podcasts to engage buyers at every stage of the funnel.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, content, digital, creative, and communications functions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.
The Ideal Teammate Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the executive level in a B2B technology or services environment.
- Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand elevation.
- Deep experience with digital marketing, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA services, and enterprise B2B buyer behavior is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.
- High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.
- Passionate about technology, quality, and innovation.
Salary Range:
- $200,000 - $210,000 per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications).
- Additional compensation includes performance-based bonuses and incentive programs.
