Job Purpose
The Senior Digital Content Producer will improve workflow within the Multimedia (Video) Department by managing all phases of pre-production. This allows Content Producers to focus on production. The role includes coordinating with Marketing/Public Relations, maintaining vendor lists, and creating storyboards to support content development for the Choctaw Nation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop multimedia (audio/video) content for brand and marketing
Produce or direct projects, including writing treatments, location/talent selection, and shoot coordination
Manage scripting, storyboarding, and graphic elements to ensure brand consistency
Direct video shoots and oversee production crew
Source and manage external vendors
Collaborate with RMs, clients, and stakeholders on production needs
Complete video/audio production for CNO events
Oversee podcast production
Produce and manage short-format shows
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience in broadcast journalism or video production
5+ years of experience in video/audio production, with 1+ year in marketing
2+ years of podcasting experience
Strong storytelling, videography, and editing skills
Proficiency with video/audio software and equipment
Collaborative and self-starting attitude
Frequent travel required
