Are you a talented Structural Designer or Drafter looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact? Actalent is partnering with an
award-winning St. Louis-based MEP firm that seeks to develop its structural team due to increased customer demand.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

What You'll Do
- Draft structural projects in Revit under the guidance of the structural engineer.
- Establish standards and procedures for the structural design team.
- Work closely with the internal BIM team to create and update Revit families.
- Mentor upcoming drafters as the team expands.
- Seamlessly integrate structural components into existing MEP client projects.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of structural design and drafting.
- Experience producing construction documents.
- Knowledge of structural engineering and architecture.Work Environment & Growth
