We are seeking a designer to create and sell custom closet solutions for residences, including client meetings, space planning, color/material selection, design execution, proposal creation, sales, and project management. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with clients, have a flair for interior design, and be passionate about customer service. Qualities You Possess: Customer-oriented Creative and problem-solving Empathetic, friendly, and caring Enjoy a mix of office and fieldwork Possess prior sales success Excellent communication skills Adept at learning new technology Self-motivated, proactive, and curious Responsibilities: Represent Inspired Closets at client appointments; identify, evaluate, and design solutions meeting client needs Manage 7-10 weekly client appointments Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle, meeting or exceeding sales goals Maintain high-quality standards and manage each customer to completion Network to build relationships with clients and potential clients Create and manage a personal marketing plan Attend all required meetings and training Qualifications: Prior sales experience preferred Passionate about interior design and home improvement Spatial reasoning skills Meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Experience with CAD or other design programs is helpful Associates degree required Additional Details: Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Uncapped commission plus bonuses Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; 401K with company match; PTO and paid holidays; car and phone allowance; company-issued computer.
