Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our U.S. market initiatives from our New York City hub. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and strengthening relationships with key industry players. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the U.S. denim and jeans market, a robust professional network, and a passion for innovative textile solutions. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the U.S. denim and woven sectors. Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies. Product Development Collaboration:
Work closely with the R&D and production teams in Dhaka to align product offerings with market demands and client specifications. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Facilitate seamless communication between the NYC office and Bangladesh operations to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance. Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings and internationally to Dhaka for team collaboration and factory visits. Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in sales and marketing within the U.S. denim and jeans industry. Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of denim fabrics, garment construction, and the commercial aspects of the apparel business. Professional Network:
Established connections with key stakeholders in the U.S. denim market. Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for persuasive presentations and negotiations. Self-Motivation:
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion. Team Collaboration:
Proven track record of effective teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration. Residency:
