Job Title: Sr Technical Designer - Mens/Womens
Job Description:
- Engineer tech packs for internal development, focusing on cost effectiveness with fit and quality considerations.
- Evaluate samples ahead of the fit session to accelerate the cross-functional review process.
- Align with the buyer on fit intent, and lead model fittings by identifying problems and providing solutions to fit and quality issues.
- Assemble the fit report with ‘one-and-done’ approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical design, preferably within the apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit principles, and fabric properties.
- Ability to create and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
