Summary
The Client is searching for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an on-site position (eligible for a hybrid schedule after a 90-day probationary period), located at our headquarters in Alpharetta, GA. This person would be responsible for the development and maintenance of marketing materials for various investment solutions designed for RIA’s, institutional consultants, traditional institutional investors, and retirement plan providers. This position will collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and portfolio managers to generate client-friendly content that effectively explains the services being offered and provides education to financial advisors on complex investment strategies.

About the Client
The client is a specialized exposure and solutions provider partnering with institutional investors, asset managers, and wealth management firms to help them assess new opportunities and bring their investment ideas to life. Founded in 2013, client boasts a unique portfolio of ETFs, serves as a trusted sub-adviser within the ETF industry, specializes in crafting bespoke indexes and investment models, and supports a robust retail direct indexing platform. Our experienced and forward-looking team designs customized solutions across a number of asset classes, product structures, and distribution channels while adding value at every stage of the product life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects across all strategic partner/client channels and design marketing strategy to support strategic partner growth
- Design and oversee a white label marketing service that allows wealth management and institutional clients to leverage and promote Client’s investment solutions.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, marketing to support new product introductions, and other projects
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for new products or services that comply with organizational and regulatory standards and is consistent with Client’s core values
- Create/refine brand identities and messaging for multiple product (ETFs, CITs, SMAs) and service (proxy voting and corporate engagement) offerings
- Lead product/service website development and design/manage website and other digital marketing strategy
- Oversee design for and compliance approval of marketing collateral for various products and services
- Produce and oversee newsletters, emails, and other related digital distributions for clients
- Conduct research to stay current with trends, products or services in the market to help determine what tools and/or software will be helpful to increase efficiency in managing projects, creating content, and servicing strategic relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
- You have a B.S. or M.S. in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, Business Management/Administration or relevant major (required)
- You have 3-7 years of related work experience (required)
- You have strong Microsoft 365 skills
- You have proven strong graphic design skills and software knowledge (such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Visme, etc.)
- You have strong communication skills and an aptitude for learning new things quickly
- You have proven comprehensive knowledge and experience within investment management (required), with ETFs or mutual funds (preferred)
- You possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize while producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- You pay keen attention to detail and can discreetly handle confidential data
- You possess strong organizational and proactive planning skills, with an ability to respond effectively to time-sensitive requests
- You have experience working with senior and executive level management
- You have experience managing others (preferred)
