About The Role
We’re looking for a resourceful, highly organized Personal Assistant to support a digital content creator based in Aurora, Colorado. This isn’t your typical assistant role—you’ll wear many hats, from handling day-to-day logistics to helping behind the camera and in the editing room. Ideal candidates are creative, tech-savvy, and excited to be part of the fast-paced world of content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creator’s daily schedule, appointments, and reminders
- Run errands and provide general administrative and personal support
- Act as a second set of hands during shoots—camera operation, lighting setup, scene prep
- Edit short-form and long-form content
- Coordinate travel arrangements and brand collaborations
- Help organize and maintain the home, office, and studio space
- Maintain clear communication with vendors, brands, and collaborators
- Be available for occasional evenings, weekends, or travel
Requirements
- Prior experience in a personal assistant or production support role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling cameras and basic video equipment
- Experience editing video content for social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Based in or willing to relocate/commute to Aurora, Colorado
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with the digital creator space or influencer marketing
- Basic graphic design or photo editing experience
- A creative mindset and passion for storytelling through content
- Working proficiency in Spanish
