Summary:
Responsible for the timely development, management, and optimization of all materials produced for Cook Children's Health Plan (CCHP) Members, ensuring compliance and data accuracy. This includes Member Handbooks, newsletters, ID cards, Welcome letters, notifications, and standardized PowerPoints. Must also maintain the VAS submission and implementation, ensuring updates are made promptly. Achieves service excellence and supports initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional departments to facilitate, execute, and support necessary materials for Members.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years' experience in communications development, implementation, and oversight of sponsored government programs.
- 2 years' experience working with hospitals, government-sponsored programs, or community-based organizations (CBOs).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Excellent verbal, communication, and grammatical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions, including conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, prioritizing and tracking work with Member needs as a priority.
- Capability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
- Effective presentation skills and responsiveness to questions from peers and management.
- Ability to proof large bodies of material.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
