Marcom LA is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group, creating and overseeing world-class marketing and advertising for Apple's rapidly-growing Services sector, including Apple TV, Apple Music, App Store, Apple Pay, and more. Our mission is to build brand love for Apple through inspiring creative, a culture-first mindset, and the belief that our Services enhance our Apple devices. We are seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our Marcom LA team. In this role, you will collaborate with strategists, brand managers, project managers, producers, and external partners to craft integrated campaigns for Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, and other services. The ACD Copywriter will focus on brand communications and culturally relevant ideas, serving as a steward for Apple Music and Apple Podcasts. Responsibilities
Lead creative efforts and campaigns for Apple Music and Apple Podcasts. Develop strategies and messaging for brand campaigns, digital performance, social media, and new communication mediums. Guide other creatives to produce high-quality work and support each other's strengths. Ideate, collaborate, and write for conceptual development and execution. Present work to senior staff and executives, articulating concepts with energy and enthusiasm. Work with art directors to develop ideas and co-direct teams to produce quality creative. Coordinate with project managers to ensure schedules and deadlines are met. Minimum Qualifications
9+ years of experience in a creative, advertising, or design environment. Portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns across various mediums. Experience with conceptual writing and social-first thinking. Proven ability to develop and direct major marketing campaigns. Preferred Qualifications
Passion for exceptional, meaningful, and provocative creative work. Deep knowledge of music culture and its integration into campaigns. Ability to craft cohesive brand stories and campaigns. The base pay range for this role is $170,100 to $255,700, depending on skills, experience, and location.
