First Impression designs, develops and implements audiovisual concepts and solutions. We digitize physical spaces by combining digital signage and audiovisual technology with (interactive) content. What you will do

From pitch to delivery, you are the lynchpin of the creative process. You make sure our ideas are feasible, our schedule stays tight and the client is happy. You:

• Establishes a (back) schedule that rings true, with clear milestones, deadlines and deliverables.
• Identifies different scenarios and anticipates risks before they become risks.
• Keeps a finger on the pulse of both budget and schedule, working closely with all stakeholders.
• Communicates proactively about progress, bottlenecks and choices, both internally and towards the client.
• Sees opportunities before others smell them and always goes just a step further than the briefing.
• Briefs (and debriefs) like a pro, so everyone knows what we’re working toward.
• Advises clients on digital signage, content formats and audiovisual communications. From knowledge, experience and passion.

This is you

You have about 4-5 years of experience in marketing or communications projects and can effortlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have a high level of education. Affinity with the AV world is a plus and it helps if your heart beats faster with displays, digital content and experiences.

Planning is in your system, as is thinking ahead and shifting gears quickly. You have no trouble with deadlines, but you do have trouble with standstills. You dare to be critical, without losing contact. Because you see cooperation as a top sport – and you are a team player with substance. A fixer with flair. A sparring partner for client and team. Someone who understands that creativity needs structure in order to shine.

You are also hands-on, communicatively strong and allergic to vague commitments. In short, you are that valuable mix of thinker and doer. And when the going gets tough? Then you keep a cool head and high energy.
