Are you a talented photographer or videographer with a background in real estate media? We’re a premier real estate marketing company based in Santa Cruz/Bay Area, CA, expanding to Fort Lauderdale – and we're looking for a full-time creative partner to lead the charge. This is more than just a job – it's a chance to become the go-to point person in Fort Lauderdale, representing a fast-growing, high-end media brand and helping us build a presence from the ground up. What This Opportunity Offers:
Full-Time Position – Starting $60,000/year Receive a consistent salary with the opportunity to grow as our Fort Lauderdale client base expands. Commission Bonus Structure Earn commissions for every client you bring in — and every time they book subsequent shoots. Help us grow, and share in the reward. Be the point person in Fort Lauderdale. Lead shoots, build relationships with agents, and help establish our creative standard in a new market. High Growth Potential
As our Fort Lauderdale footprint expands, there will be opportunities for career growth, leadership roles, and increased earning potential. Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced Real Estate Photographer/Videographer
– You’ve shot homes, know the angles, and understand what agents need to sell. Skilled in Cameras, Gimbals, and Editing Software
– You’re confident behind the lens and in the editing room. Personable and Professional
– You’re great with clients and represent our brand well. Reliable and Independent
– You manage time well, show up ready, and communicate clearly. Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL , with reliable transportation for local shoots. About Us:
