Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced
Interior Designer
to join our team. This role is ideal for a design professional with 5+ years of experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident working independently on all phases of interior projects. The Interior Designer III will take ownership of design development and documentation, provide technical guidance to junior staff, and lead client presentations and construction administration efforts. This role requires a strong command of interior design principles, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project execution, from concept through completion. You’ll be involved in a range of project types and play a key role in ensuring the quality, creativity, and constructability of our design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the development of interior design concepts for small to medium-sized projects Create and participate in client-facing presentations Coordinate and deliver design plans and specifications to meet project goals Evaluate, select, and coordinate materials and finishes, including consultation with manufacturers Lead FF&E selection and specification Integrate architectural, MEP, construction methods, and budget considerations into the design process Guide and mentor junior team members, providing design and technical detailing support Manage and oversee construction administration activities Assist the Project Manager in developing project schedules and work plans Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field 5+ years of relevant professional experience Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently NCIDQ certification preferred but not required Seniority level
