We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jewelry Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent design skills, and a deep understanding of materials, trends, and customer preferences. You will be responsible for creating original jewelry concepts, translating them into detailed technical drawings, and collaborating with production teams to bring designs to life. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design unique jewelry pieces that fit the brand DNA including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc.

• Create sketches and detailed CAD designs for new collections and custom orders.

• Research fashion trends, vintage designs, materials, and production techniques to inform design direction.

• Collaborate with product development and manufacturers to ensure feasibility and quality.

• Present design concepts to stakeholders and revise based on feedback.

• Maintain an organized portfolio of past and current designs.

• Source and select appropriate manufacturing partners to execute to our aesthetic, quality standards, and cost requirements.

• Assist in quality control and oversee the prototype process to ensure design integrity.

• Stay current with market trends and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Jewelry Designer or similar role.

• Proficiency in CAD software.

• Strong sketching and illustration abilities.

• Knowledge of metallurgy, gemology, and jewelry manufacturing processes.

• Attention to detail and cost with a creative and innovative mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Degree or diploma in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with custom jewelry or high-end/luxury design.

• Understanding of branding and market positioning for jewelry.

• Portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and techniques.
