Jensen Hughes is seeking an energetic Field Marketing Manager to join their North American team. The role requires a curious, nimble, and flexible self-starter who is a highly capable solutions-oriented project manager. Responsibilities include understanding marketing needs of assigned geographic business and service lines, collaborating with Central Marketing and Proposal Teams to translate regional needs into plans and campaigns, driving execution of marketing tactics, collaborating with subject matter experts and business leaders, developing and implementing annual marketing plans, supporting business development efforts, maintaining brand standards, leveraging data analytics for marketing optimizations, and managing workload with internal tools. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or related fields, preferably in engineering/building/B2B industries, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, strong project management and organizational skills, ability to work collaboratively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Experience with Adobe tools, SEO, and technical writing is a plus. The role may require occasional extended hours.
