Job Summary
21GRAMS is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy. You will be responsible for leading creative engagements across multiple healthcare client accounts. As a strategic wordsmith and thinker, you’ll craft compelling copy, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide junior team members. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, on-brand content that meets client objectives is essential.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
What You'll Do
- Structure complete narratives and adapt voice to suit client and audience
- Work with ACD, Art to produce standout campaigns and experiences
- Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
- Manage teams, creative output, and client relationships
- Develop concepts and campaigns aligned with client strategy
- Oversee daily deliverables under tight deadlines
- Mentor internal and external teams
- Manage awards submissions and case studies
- Participate in high-level projects and pitches

What you should have:
- Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences
- 5-7+ years of healthcare/pharma agency experience
- Proven creative ability and judgment
Pay Range:
$160,000.00-$180,000.00
Note: Compensation depends on experience, skills, certifications, and location. The range may be adjusted.
