$15.00/hr - $20.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Candleporium Fragrance House Role Description: We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team in-store at least 3 days per week. This creative and hands-on role combines social media management, content creation, email marketing, and light graphic design. You’ll help shape our online presence by designing and posting content across our platforms, sending newsletters, capturing in-store visuals, and supporting brand campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and excited about lifestyle, fragrance, and wellness spaces. Responsibilities: Create and schedule engaging social media content (graphics, reels, stories, etc.) Design branded visuals for promotions, events, and product launches (using Canva or similar tools) Capture in-store content: candle classes, customer experiences, behind-the-scenes Write and send email newsletters (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) Maintain a content calendar and coordinate marketing around seasonal launches Assist with in-store events and campaigns (Mother’s Day, holiday, etc.) Ensure consistency in brand voice and visuals across platforms Track performance metrics and suggest content optimizations Requirements: 1+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or graphic design Proficiency in Canva (or Adobe tools), Instagram, TikTok, and email platforms Strong visual eye, copywriting skills, and basic photo/video editing Comfortable working in-store and capturing content in real time Passion for candles, fragrance, design, or boutique retail is a big plus Schedule: Part-time In-store at least 3 days/week (15–25 hours/week, flexible) Seniority level
