Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team. As a UX Designer, you will be part of the Digital design team supporting the creation of exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for user-centric design which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: UX Designer Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid, in-office Tue/Wed/Thu 9-6PM EST) What's the Job? Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets. Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Collaborating with the marketing team and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, and page designs for optimal user engagement. What's Needed? Seven or more years of relevant work experience in UX design. Expertise with Figma and high fidelity prototyping. Experience designing technical and/or business web applications. A degree in design or a related field of study. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. What's in it for me?
