Position Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 8:45am - 12:15pm, with a half day off during the week.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Assist members with transactions via video communication, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing member questions and offering solutions professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video banking to ensure seamless interactions.
- Maintain transaction accuracy and secure handling of members’ information.
- Educate members on digital banking tools and promote suitable credit union products and services.
- Support members with basic troubleshooting for digital banking platforms and online account management.
- Ensure compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and security regulations during video interactions.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or finance preferred.
- Experience in customer service, banking, or financial services is advantageous.
- Proficiency with technology and video communication platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate and secure transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving technology.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely, collaborating with branch teams.
