- Create eye-catching designs for print and digital ads, catalogs, billboards, in-store signage, homepage banners, and promotional emails.
- Work closely with outside vendors and printers to bring your designs to life—on time and within budget!
- Retouch and color-correct product and lifestyle photography to make our products shine.
- Develop creative assets like illustrations, patterns, and color palettes that elevate our brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brilliant campaigns and projects.
- Organize and manage digital files like a pro.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and deliver inspiring designs that wow our customers.
- A creative thinker with 2+ years of design experience in retail or e-commerce.
- A master of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Passionate about design principles, color theory, and composition.
- Experienced in UX/UI design and project management tools like Trello or Basecamp.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable about web technologies, cross-platform compatibility, and best practices.
- Bonus points for a strong design portfolio!

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent professional experience.
