Assist with daily audiovisual office functions following company policies. Set up, operate, and strike audiovisual equipment for events. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain and improve audiovisual skills and knowledge. Build positive relations with hotel clients and team members. Utilize company software effectively. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Plan and organize multiple projects efficiently. Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly. Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience in the AV industry. Proficiency with AV setups, including microphones, speakers, projectors, and lighting. Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. Certification in AV technology is a plus. Ability to work long hours, lift up to 75 pounds, and work a varied schedule. Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Industry & Job Functions
