Qualifications Required: This is a Mid-Level Position. Candidates must have the following certifications: ITIL Foundation or Practitioner v.4, and DevSecOps FoundationSM from the DevOps Institute. Minimum experience of 5-10 years and a related Bachelor's degree are required. Desired: It is strongly preferred that the candidate have: At least eight (8) years' experience with increasing responsibility in IT-related communications across various media and audiences. A Bachelor's degree in Communications. Demonstrated experience with diverse communication methods, media, and tools in a complex IT environment of similar size and scope. Proven ability to communicate effectively about IT infrastructure to broad audiences. Experience serving as the lead communications consultant for IT department heads or senior executives in a similarly sized IT environment.
