The Marketing Manager will guide Bethel Farms marketing team across the company, offering support to our expanding portfolio of brands. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic, strategic thinker with a knack for multi-channel marketing, who is adept at driving sales through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Management
o Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels to enhance sales performance and brand visibility.
o Coordinate the production of all marketing collateral and financial documents related to advertising campaigns, including budgets, estimates, and contracts.
Digital Marketing and SEO
o Oversee the management of all corporate social media accounts and websites, ensuring engaging content that aligns with our brand's values and market goals.
o Implement and refine search engine optimization strategies to increase online presence and lead conversion rates.
o Compile and analyze monthly reports on social media engagement and PPC campaign performance, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations to optimize reach and conversion rates.
Market Research and Analysis
o Continuously research industry trends and new marketing opportunities to stay ahead of the competitive curve.
o Analyze customer feedback and campaign performance data to guide future marketing strategies.
o Stay at the forefront of innovative marketing trends, actively seeking and introducing cutting-edge strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
Collaboration and Communication
o Act as the primary liaison between advertising agencies, marketing staff, and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.
o Negotiate with ad agencies, vendors, and other external partners to secure optimal terms and advance our marketing objectives.
Campaign Management and Troubleshooting
o Address and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
o Brainstorm innovative ideas for new marketing campaigns and tactics to reach target audiences more effectively.

Requirements
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management, preferably in a similar industry.
o Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, social media platforms, and content management systems.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
