As an Art Director Vice President within Payments Marketing, you will have the ability to be a visionary leader who transforms complex challenges into compelling visual narratives. You will be at the forefront of design innovation, guiding projects from insight to delivery, and effectively communicating the project story to our teams and agencies. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse array of projects spanning experience, product, campaigns and partnerships. Job Responsibilities
Direct, design and concept big, conceptual brand expressions across all mediums, including social, product, film, interactive, OOH, print, events, and experiential. Concept ideas within a 3D/motion asset kit that can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand and within a product. Communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways to an audience. Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team. Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with copywriters, strategists and product managers. Create original, breakthrough campaign work. Translate complex strategic approaches into easily accessible creative concepts. Craft and make a real-world impact. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
7+ years of experience in agency/in-house settings, with a strong portfolio of campaign, brand and product design. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects are a must) and Figma. Expertise with Cinema4D and AI tools. Expertise in high-quality prototyping and conceptual design articulation. Experience with international campaigns and emerging technologies. History of self-initiated projects & award winning work. Strong portfolio and reel showcasing recent campaign work. Proven experience in client-facing roles, mentoring junior designers and motion artists.
