Digital Marketing Architect Duration:
Long Term Job Description: 10+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect 15+ years of experience in Digital and E-Commerce (Web Architecture, Order Management Systems, Loyalty, Digital Marketing) Responsible for managing enterprise-wide solutions in Digital, E-Commerce, Data, and Cloud, reporting to the Director of Architecture. Responsibilities include: Leading architecture and design of digital marketing and personalization initiatives across systems including Ecommerce (Search, Browse, Cart, Checkout), Web/Mobile, and Retail Systems. Leading vendor selection for new technologies, defining criteria, handling RFI, RFP, RFQ processes, and making product choices. Serving as the SME for Digital Marketing, leading Sephora Marketing initiatives. Having prior experience with leading vendors in CDP, Campaign Management, Attribution, AdTech, Social Media Marketing. Driving innovation in marketing through Cloud adoption, Microservices, Omni-Channel platforms, Machine Learning, and AI. Extensive knowledge of digital, e-commerce, and web technologies including platforms, marketing tools, search, and personalization. Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL database design and querying. Experience with microservices and REST APIs. Deep expertise in digital domains, personalization, and supporting large-scale e-commerce and digital presence. Architecting modern cloud-based microservices architectures. Experience with next-gen technologies like AI and ML is preferred. Experience with cloud platforms such as MS Azure, AWS, GCP. Knowledge of modern microservices architecture components like Service Mesh and API Gateways. Ability to engage with cross-functional teams, challenge solutions, and ask insightful questions. Focus on creating quality solutions and leveraging technology for Sephora's future. Seniority level
