Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer/Power Platform Developer to support the Cloud Services Team in designing, developing, and maintaining custom business applications and SharePoint solutions. This role focuses on using Microsoft technologies-including PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, .NET, and Microsoft Copilot-to drive digital transformation and streamline workflows across a large enterprise environment.
You will collaborate with business units and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, develop scalable solutions, document architectures, and support deployed applications. This position requires a blend of strong technical acumen, architectural vision, and excellent communication skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer/Power Platform Developer to support the Cloud Services Team in designing, developing, and maintaining custom business applications and SharePoint solutions. This role focuses on using Microsoft technologies-including PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, .NET, and Microsoft Copilot-to drive digital transformation and streamline workflows across a large enterprise environment.
You will collaborate with business units and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, develop scalable solutions, document architectures, and support deployed applications. This position requires a blend of strong technical acumen, architectural vision, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint (2019 & Online).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud and SharePoint-based applications.
- Develop Copilot and GenAI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio.
- Integrate SharePoint/Power Platform solutions with other business systems (Teams, Exchange, databases, etc.).
- Implement and support secure, scalable web solutions using .NET (ASP.NET, ADO.NET), MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, C#, Entity Framework, and REST APIs.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions.
- Document technical architecture, deployment procedures, and user guides.
- Collaborate with Agile and Waterfall teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, from technical peers to Director-level leadership.
- Provide end-user training and support, including "how-to" documentation and coaching.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, updates, and requests simultaneously.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and application enhancements.
- Work collaboratively with peers, contributing to team knowledge and customer satisfaction.

- SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online
- .NET Framework (ASP.NET, ADO.NET)
- Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Teams and Exchange integration
- Web development using MVC and REST APIs
- Database design and administration
- Application-level security and governance
- IIS (Internet Information Services)
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience with PCI, NIST, or Pub1075 security compliance or audit projects
- Familiarity with secure development and security procedures
- Experience using enterprise development tools in team environments
One of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field + 8 years of IT experience
- Associate degree + 10 years of IT experience
- High school diploma + 12 years of IT experience
