Job Description
- Role: Graphic Design
- Location: Getzville, NY (onsite)
- 2 Headcounts (1st Shift 7am to 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday; 1 role, Tuesday – Saturday)
Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Illustrator, Adobe, and Photoshop.
Not looking for UX/UI designers. Preference for candidates with more graphic design experience rather than marketing or social media. College students are welcome if they can adhere to the schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce marketing materials (pitch books, deal books, covers, templates, infographics) using MS Office and Adobe at an advanced level.
- Assist in creating creative PPT pitch books and visual solutions, including motion graphics.
- Trace and produce logos, maps, and illustrations.
- Ensure branding consistency and advise clients on brand use.
- Liaise with workflow staff and clients regarding deadlines and design requirements.
- Complete admin tasks for billing and job tracking.
- Assist with intake coordination as needed.
- Maintain quality control of own work and assist colleagues.
- Mentor new starters post-training.
- Contribute to best practices through internal initiatives.
