- Primary requirement: Windows Delphi Programmer using RAD Studio, OPC DA, Modbus TCP
- Secondary requirement: (Tim): Program in the C language, embedded programming. MP Lab X, Atmel Studio, IAR Embedded Workbench
- Third requirement: Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC ladder logic in RS Logix Studio, Logix 500, and Connected Components Workbench
