Location: On-site in Santa Fe Springs, CA

Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift

Relocation Required

We're a fast-paced, innovative chemical manufacturer serving industries around the world — and we're growing. We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who can bring big ideas to life and deliver on tight timelines. This is an on-site position (no remote or hybrid options).

What You'll Do

• Design digital assets that support lead-gen efforts — email graphics, digital ads, short-form videos, and more
• Concept, create, and execute a wide range of marketing materials, including:
• Trade show booths and large-scale event graphics
• Print collateral (brochures, ads, technical documents)
• Social media content and digital ad campaigns
• Website graphics and email marketing assets
• Capture and edit in-house product and job site videos
• Photograph products and source on-brand imagery
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Juggle multiple projects and meet firm deadlines with confidence
• Be a voice for Polycoat on social media, engaging with industry followers and leading digital promotions
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of full-time graphic design experience
• A strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling
• A robust portfolio showcasing work (required for consideration)
• Mastery of:
• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
• Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong photography and video editing skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A team player who takes feedback well and adds creative energy to the room
• Comfortable learning technical concepts and collaborating with a diverse team

• Experience in product manufacturing or construction
• Familiarity with managing websites and digital asset libraries
• A knack for balancing creativity with technical accuracy
