Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Level 1 Web UI Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of web-based applications with a strong focus on PHP, Linux-based environments, and front-end technologies. Toptech is a highly fluid and fast paced work environment, individuals are expected to be flexible and have a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. The position allows the individual to work in a comfortable casual team environment with internal and external resources. Individuals will have to think outside the box to come up with solutions to meet requirements our customers have of their automation system. We have great benefits and an awesome working environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and debug PHP-based web applications in a Linux environment Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and jQuery Write and optimize SQL queries for application functionality and reporting Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and resolve bugs Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation Contribute to backend and frontend integration Occasionally work with C, C++, or C# codebases for interoperability or component integration Required Skills and Qualifications Strong proficiency in PHP on Linux platforms Experience working with relational databases (MySQL) Understanding of the software development lifecycle Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with C, C++, or C# programming Experience with REST APIs and AJAX Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Toptech Systems will not sponsor an employment visa for this role.
