IDEXX is seeking a results-driven User Experience (UX) Researcher to support a highly strategic initiative within our veterinary software division, focusing on digital engagement teams.

This individual will play a pivotal role in driving growth initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing innovative strategies, and conducting experiments for our SaaS solutions. Responsibilities include developing and testing growth hypotheses, tracking campaign performance, and sharing insights to optimize consumer engagement efforts. Their work will impact IDEXX's pet owner strategy through technology solutions that enhance the hospital experience and veterinarian-pet owner interactions. The ideal candidate combines marketing, data analysis skills, growth hacking strategies, and SaaS experience, supporting research initiatives with various methodologies and a self-motivated approach.

Work Location: Preferably hybrid out of Westbrook, ME, but remote consideration for the right candidate.

Team and Focus: Part of IDEXX Veterinary Software product portfolio, dedicated to enhancing pet, human, and livestock health through cloud-based solutions that simplify practice workflows, improve data flow, and support veterinary practices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product management, marketing, data analysts, and designers.
2. Implement growth hacking strategies such as A/B testing, content marketing, and community building.
3. Design and analyze experiments to test growth hypotheses.
4. Develop user personas and segmentation based on data insights.
5. Present research findings and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
6. Evaluate and adopt systems and tools to monitor user behavior and performance.
7. Consult on marketing strategies based on UX insights.
8. Measure and optimize campaign performance.
9. Stay current with industry trends in growth hacking, digital marketing, and UX methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in UX research methodologies (e.g., Conjoint, MaxDiff, Qualitative Discovery, Usability).
• Experience with implementing new tools and systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; project management experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Influence without authority.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
