We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Brand Strategist to lead digital marketing campaigns for two brands, focusing on generating high-quality leads and driving growth. The role involves managing a monthly ad spend of approximately $40,000 across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, SMS, and direct mail. Collaboration with creative and sales teams, use of AI tools, and performance reporting are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Oversee a combined monthly ad spend of ~$40,000, ensuring ROI.
- Develop targeted messaging and creatives for professional audiences.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels to nurture leads and increase booked calls.
- Meet or exceed benchmarks for booked calls, deals, and CPL.
- Collaborate on creative assets and leverage AI tools for campaign enhancement.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and adjust campaigns in real-time.
- Report on campaign performance, linking results to sales and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a digital marketing agency, preferably in healthcare or private practice.
- Expertise in managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and direct mail.
- Strong skills in copywriting, creative development, and performance analysis.
- Experience with HighLevel or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of AI marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset.

- Salary: $70,000-$80,000/year, plus variable KPIs, OTE up to $150K
