Role Summary: At Smartaira, we believe our success depends on the growth of our people. The Infrastructure Design Manager will oversee the entire infrastructure design process, organizing, managing, and allocating resources efficiently. The role requires flexibility and foresight, with confidentiality maintained regarding high-level systems and operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to assign resources for timely, accurate, and efficient completion of design projects.
Manage the workload and timelines of the Infrastructure Design Team for preliminary and pre-construction designs and documentation.
Review and approve infrastructure designs and associated budgets.
Work with teams to prepare and implement infrastructure and build-out budgets based on estimates and designs.
Conduct risk assessments, report risks to management, and recommend mitigation strategies, including project termination if necessary.
Address questions, concerns, and complaints during the design process.
Provide feedback and support to the infrastructure design team.
Serve as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Follow additional directives as required.
Requirements: Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar are highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and supervisory abilities.
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
Quick learner with a thorough understanding of project details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to work independently.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Flexibility to work outside normal hours when required.
