Job Description
The
Director, Marketing Intelligence
will lead digital marketing analytics and utilize campaign insights to drive performance, optimizations, and downstream revenue. This role involves harnessing data to inform decisions on marketing investments and customer journey experiences. The director will also oversee data governance, measurement plans, reporting, and support marketing investments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and consistency across platforms.
Oversee the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform (CJA, CDP) to deliver actionable insights and inform data-driven decision-making and marketing performance.
Manage the integration of AEP with other marketing and CRM platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Direct and mentor analysts, collaborate with the analytics team, and foster growth to maximize marketing performance in analyzing user behavior, traffic, and campaign metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including analytics and IT, to align business objectives with analytics strategies, translating insights into measurable actions.
Develop, measure, and contribute to the digital marketing strategy to enhance patient experience, drive revenue, and increase conversions.
Report on digital marketing metrics, including website performance, engagement insights, and campaign results, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Advance organizational priorities by applying digital best practices, recommending new technologies, and promoting digital capability enhancements.
Create and enable reporting platforms and dashboards, delivering regular reports to stakeholders and executives.
Scale targeting capabilities and lead digital campaign tagging/tracking to ensure proper data collection for reporting.
Coordinate cross-channel content activations with marketing managers and partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
2 years of leadership experience.
Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years in digital analytics, with experience in Adobe Experience Platform preferred.
Advanced proficiency in web tracking and analytics, including creating dashboards and segments.
Strong understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
This role offers work-from-home capabilities but requires based in the Northern VA area.
