Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Technical Instructional Designer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role involves designing and developing interactive and engaging e-learning content using advanced tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite. In this role you will:
Design, develop, and maintain courseware using e-learning authoring tools
Create supporting materials including slides, handouts, and lab instructions
Collaborate with SMEs and external technical trainers to incorporate expertise into training
Research technology-related information to enhance training content

5 years of work-related experience in instructional design and e-learning Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 Experience with AI learning solutions and 3D modeling Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially PremierPro and animation Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with PowerBI and responsive design/mobile learning platforms
