Location: Pittsburgh, PA (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Pay: $55,000-$57,000 annually

What You'll Do:
- Design creative content across various mediums including print, digital, and large-format signage.
- Develop collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, digital ads, and trade show graphics.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency while maintaining brand integrity across multiple divisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling visuals that meet project goals.
- Assist with website content updates and create social media assets as needed.
- Coordinate messaging and design execution across departments to support unified campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide design support for marketing, sales, and promotional activities.
- Potential for limited travel to support trade shows or branding installations.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Marketing, or a related field (Associate's Degree with relevant experience will also be considered).
- Portfolio: A professional portfolio demonstrating strong design work is required.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals: composition, typography, and color theory.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Up-to-date on current social media trends and design best practices.
- Resourceful and adaptable under tight deadlines.
